He has graduated from Ankara University School of Medicine in 1988. Between 1988-1989 he worked in Karaman Province (Ermenek district, Güneyyurt subdistrict) for his compulsory servcice. Between 1989-1994 he completed his residency in Osman Gazi Universty School of Medicine. He presented his thesis between 1994-2008. His thesis was the first study on Pulsatile Ocular Perfusion in Turkey. He worked in Eskişehir State Hospital and in his own private clinic. He founded ÖZEL ESKİ ŞEHİR GÖZ MERKEZİ (ESKİŞEHİR PRIVATE EYE CARE CENTER) in 2008.
He is a member of Turkish Society of Ophthalmology, Cataract and Refraction Surgery Unit. He is assigned to be the speaker in conferances of Turkish Society of Ophtalmology, he also performs the surgeries in live surgery conferances. He is stil an active member of this community.
